How can I use the design packages?

Once you have selected and purchased the package that suits you best, you can send us the information and details of your project. Send us images of your space and any other information you might consider relevant. For the next step you will receive a floor plan, based on the images of your space, on which we will show you how to complete the measurements. Once you send us the floor plan with the completed measurements, within 5 working days you will receive our suggestions for your new space. Within one week, you can send us your feedback on our concept, in order for us to create the final design based on your preferences. Once we receive your feedback on that, we will complete the final proposal for your space within 5 days.

Can I upload images of my space?

Οf course! It would be very helpful to send us 6-8 images of the space that you want us to design, since we will use them to create the floor plan of your space on which you will have to fill in the dimensions. You can send us any other image which we could use as a reference point for the interior design style that you like the most.

How do I figure out my space dimensions?

You will only need a tape measure. You will find all other information in the detailed e-mail that we will send you with simple and easy steps!

How will I know that my question has been registered?

Once you send your question, you will automatically receive an e-mail, which will inform you that we have received your request and that we are already processing it.

What are the payment methods for the Interior design & Styling Consulting Service?

Once we receive your e-mail you will be informed about the cost of the service as well as the details (tips and advice and / or plans).

What if I am not happy with the final result?

This rarely happens! However, in the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied either with the plans and ideas or with your overall experience with our platform, we are here to work it out with you and evaluate the situation in order to find an alternative on how to proceed! Our goal is to offer you a unique experience full of inspiration!

When will I receive the design concept for my space?

Within 10 working days, after you have filled in all the information and sent us back the floor plan with the dimensions, then you will receive the first suggestions.

What exactly design concepts are?

They show the major color palette for furniture and the general style that the interior designer has in mind for your space. Your feedback is essential for our designer to get the final design ready. Immediately after your feedback, the stage for the final design board will be completed

I have an open space floor plan how do you work with that?

In the open floor plans, we define zone areas. More specifically, if you have an open plan kitchen-living room space, we will work for these 2 zones separately as if they were 2 different spaces
